We generally use Australia Post. We ship within 0- 2 working days of your order being received (most within 1 working day). In the extremely unusual event that a parcel is not received, you must contact us within 21 days of the shipment date so we can investigate the matter.
Maxitreats now offers flat-rate shipping on all orders. Current rates are calculated at checkout:
