Scientific research suggests there is some evidence that Chondroitin “Shark Cartilage Powder” supplement may slow cartilage breakdown in the joints or repair damaged cartilage. Our raw shark comes from Australian registered and ecologically sustained and managed licensed fisheries. It has not been sent overseas to be processed and sent back and sold as an Australian product.

not all shark cartilage products are equal. Our Australian Chondroitin has been processed using the Nutrieseal ™ patented process, ensuring the properties of the shark cartilage are not destroyed. Other suppliers process using air drying or oven cooking with the use of continuous high temperatures, these processes actually can breakdown & destroy the properties of the product and don’t benefit your pet as they should. Other methods involve dipping the cartilage in vinegar, these are designed to inhibit mould and fungal growth but they effectively destroy the beneficial properties of the cartilage.

small dog (between 1kg and 10kg) daily ½-1 teaspoon, approximately 2.5 -5 grams
medium dog (between 11kg and 26kg) daily 1 teaspoon, approximately 5 grams
large dog (between 26kg and 44kg) daily 1-2 teaspoons, approximately 5 -10 grams
extra-large dog (45kg or more) 2-4 teaspoons, approximately 10 -20 grams
